2. Delivery

What we sell is not physical goods but class entitlements and membership packages used at our centre in Bebek. So there is no shipping or physical delivery, and no delivery fee.

When your payment is confirmed, your package is added to your account immediately and its validity period starts at that moment. In the “Orders” section of your account you can view your order, the pre-contract information form and the agreement; the same documents are also sent to your email address.

You use your entitlement by choosing sessions on the programme page of your account. Booking, cancellation and attendance rules are in the Centre Rules page.

3. Validity period

The validity period of each package is shown on the purchase page and in the order documents. When it ends, unused entitlements expire. Where you tell us in advance, the management may extend your entitlement's period (Centre Rules, Membership, Article 5).

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract is formed (payment confirmed), without giving a reason and without penalty. Send your written notice with your order number to info@madenough.com.

If you separately requested at order time that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends, withdrawal cannot be used under Article 15/h of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. We nevertheless refund the unused part of the package; for a used package the refund is calculated by deducting the unit price for each class used, or the price for the days passed in a membership. Details are in the distance sales agreement and the pre-contract information form.

Consumer rights, including withdrawal, do not apply to purchases made for commercial or professional purposes.

5. Refunds

Refunds are made within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us at the latest, to the same card or method you paid with. How long the amount takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.

If we cancel a session you booked, the entitlement you used is returned to your account automatically. The free-cancellation and late-cancellation rules for your own cancellations are in the Centre Rules page.

If we cannot provide the service as promised, we tell you within 3 days at the latest and refund the price within 14 days at the latest.

6. Complaints and disputes

If you have a problem, write to info@madenough.com first. If we cannot resolve it, within the monetary limits announced every year by the Ministry of Trade you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or where you received the service, and above those limits to the Consumer Court; where the legislation requires it, you must apply to a mediator before filing a lawsuit.
