Mad Squad

A community for those who find strength in being different

We are a team that sees being different not as a flaw but as a source of strength. The physical, mental and emotional practices our founder Nilsu discovered on her own inner journey in London inspire the space and every Mad Sessions event today.

We all share the belief that “your real potential emerges when you don’t fit the mould”, and we are building a space beyond the comfort zone that offers support without judgement. Our seminars are designed in the same spirit: we invite participants to embrace their authentic identity instead of suppressing it, to grow their inner strength and to become part of a collective transformation.

Mad Squad starts a movement that carries all of us forward by asking “Mad Enough?” again every day.

Our story

Mad Enough? began with a question:

“What if not fitting into society’s mould is actually your greatest strength?”

Our founder Nilsu faced mental health challenges while finishing high school in London. That difficult period pushed her to meet herself honestly, rediscover her inner strength and set out on a journey of healing.

Over time she realised this was not only hers: it is a dead end many people find themselves in.

Whether or not a mental health diagnosis has ever been made, many of us suppress who we are in an effort to fit the patterns society calls “normal”. We deny our differences and carry the invisible weight of that denial on our shoulders.

That realisation led her to dream not only of personal change but of a collective transformation.

The physical, mental and emotional practices Nilsu discovered over the years became a centre, a community and a call:

“Mad Enough?”
